Thank you for choosing Heartland Bridge to post and support your listings. We strive to provide a comprehensive and reliable online directory service for you and all our guests. Please review our policies regarding subscriptions, premium features, billing errors, violations, and platform disputes that you agreed to as part of our website’s Terms & Conditions.
All fees paid to our platform are generally non-refundable, except as explicitly outlined under the limited terms in this policy.
All sales are final. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for partial months of service. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
First-time annual subscribers are eligible for a strict 7-day money-back guarantee. You must request your refund within exactly seven (7) calendar days from the initial time of purchase. Automatic annual renewal transactions that have been completed are completely non-refundable.
Strictly non-refundable. Because lifetime plans grant immediate, permanent infrastructure provisioning and access to platform assets, all sales are final upon payment processing.
Payments to upgrade a directory listing as "Featured" for 30 days are non-refundable. If you choose to delete, pause, or hide your listing, or remove the listing as Featured, before the 30-day period expires, no prorated refunds or platform credits will be issued.
The one-time verification fee required to claim administrative rights over an existing listing is non-refundable once administrative control has been transferred. A full refund will only be granted if our compliance team explicitly rejects the claim application during vetting.
Our platform maintains strict quality and safety guidelines. If your account, listing, or subscription is removed, suspended, or permanently banned due to a violation of our platform guidelines (including, but not limited to, spam, fraud, malicious activity, or prohibited content), all eligibility for standard refunds is entirely forfeited. The 7-day money-back guarantee for annual plans becomes completely null and void. No refunds, credits, or prorated payouts will be issued under any circumstances for terminated accounts.
In the event of an accidental double payment or verifiable system billing error, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
All billing discrepancies or accidental double payments must be reported to our support team within 30 calendar days of the transaction date. Claims made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
Initiating a formal chargeback or payment dispute via your credit card provider or Stripe prior to contacting our support channel will trigger an automatic, immediate freeze on your directory account, live listings, and platform access. Access will remain locked until the dispute process concludes or the chargeback is withdrawn.
For payments processed through PayPal, any active dispute must be addressed transparently within the PayPal Resolution Center. Our platform routinely logs user actions, administrative transfers, and directory access timelines; we will actively submit these access logs as evidence to counter false or unauthorized claims under PayPal's seller protection frameworks.
All refund requests must be submitted exclusively via the Contact Us form located directly on our official webpage. Refund requests sent through social media, community forums, or replies to automated transaction emails will not be tracked or processed. Your submission must include your registered account email, transaction ID or description, date of purchase, and the specific reason for your request.
Once a refund request is received through our Contact Us form and formally approved by our billing department. It typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your bank account, credit card balance, or PayPal wallet. This timeline is strictly dictated by the processing networks of Stripe, PayPal, and your financial institution. Our platform has no control over delays introduced by external banking clearings.
