No prior writing or public speaking experience is required—we will help you move your ideas from the platform to your destination. \nWorkshops 1 & 2: Laying the Tracks: The Writing Sessions\nWe will brainstorm\, write\, and polish your short creative and informational piece. Whether you are writing about locomotive history or sharing a different personal passion\, we’ll help you keep the writing rolling and stay loco-motivated! \nWorkshop 3: Full Steam Ahead: The Performance Session\nLearn how to share your words with confidence! We’ll practice reading aloud\, pacing\, and basic performance techniques in a supportive\, low-pressure environment so you’re ready to take the stage. \nThe Final Destination: Showcase at The Durham Museum!\nCelebrate your hard work and pull into the station for our grand finale!
