DESCRIPTION:SEARCH UPDATE: RYAN LARSEN — SUNDAY\, OCTOBER 4 \n\n\nBring ’Em Home Nebraska has received permission for volunteers to gather in the parking lot at Werner Park for our upcoming vehicle search.\n\n\n Werner Park\n12356 Ballpark Way\nPapillion\, NE 68046\n\n\n Volunteers can begin arriving at 10:30 a.m. We hope to begin the search around 11 a.m. or shortly afterward\, following our briefing and assignments.\n\n\nOur goal is to cover approximately 200 square miles. The amount of area we can cover will depend on how many volunteers and vehicles arrive that morning.\n\n\nVolunteers will be assigned specific sections of roads to drive\, identifying areas that may be of interest in locating Ryan. Any locations of interest should be marked with a GPS pin and digitally sent to Bring ’Em Home Nebraska staff for follow-up. Google Maps will be the preferred method for marking and sharing those pins. Volunteers will not enter or search private property.\n\n\nFor safety\, we ask that volunteers have at least two people per vehicle. If that isn’t possible\, two vehicles can travel together so volunteers are working in pairs.\n\n\nExact search areas and detailed instructions will be shared during Sunday morning’s briefing. We are keeping those details off Facebook ahead of the search. Final assignments will be determined once we have an accurate count of volunteers and vehicles.\n\n\n INTERESTED IN HELPING WITH OUR OPERATIONS?\n\n\nFor those who have expressed interest in volunteering on the operations side of Bring ’Em Home Nebraska\, other commitments have delayed our planned meeting\, but we would still love to meet you and discuss how you can help.\n\n\nWe’ll set aside time Sunday morning to speak with anyone interested in supporting our behind-the-scenes work. DESCRIPTION:RHYTHM BATH IS AN INVIGORATING MASH-UP OF A DANCE PERFORMANCE\, SCULPTURE GARDEN\, AND OTHERWORLDLY LOUNGE. \nThis dance-installation offers a paradigm shift in theater-going\, in which the audience is free to roam right through the dance. Enter a transporting space of rhythmic music and movement\, floating fabric\, and glimmering light\, where there is no “right” way to be. Sit\, lounge\, stand\, walk\, roll on wheeled chairs—move as you need to\, come and go as you please. Experience being in the midst of movement happening all around you as the dancing adjusts to wherever you are. \nRhythm Bath is what it sounds like: a chance to be surrounded by rhythm—visual\, aural\, and kinesthetic. Our brains are wired to entrain with rhythm\, and to link to others’ movements through a neurological process called interpersonal synchrony. Over the course of Rhythm Bath\, the movement and music shifts from a pulsing\, almost dance party rhythm to one of oceanic calm. Viewers can relax and soak it in quietly\, or follow the action and be energized by the surrounding movement. Patterns and lines are created by the dancers as they change location in response to audience members’ shifting placement; at times\, members of the audience become an unpredictable part of the choreography. \nRhythm Bath is this specific dance-installation—yet a “rhythm bath” more broadly could be a new form of performance that offers audiences an inclusive place to engage in an aesthetic experience\, connect through rhythm\, and enjoy art together as an impromptu community.
